Wonderful 10 course birthday meal for my wife. Started with a nice crispy shishamo green salad with sesame dressing. This was followed by wagyu beef seared sushi stuffed with fois gras. After that on the lighter side we had an assortment of stir fried vegetables in garlic butter. Then we had US scallops in garlic butter and miso sauce followed by grilled salmon. Start of the second half of the meal were succulent plump Hokkaido scallops seared to perfection. Then the main event which was A5 Miyazaki wagyu steak with stir fried onions and mushrooms. Then two types of fried rice, one was A4 wagyu beef fried rice and the other was wonderfully fragrant garlic fried rice. The last savory meal was Australian seared tenderloin. To finish the meal we had Japanese melon and finally birthday cake.
