Special requests like “not spicy” should be taken more seriously. Even when the waiter is taking the order to confirm it’s not spicy it (even for me that can tolerate heat) was too spicy. My guests couldn’t eat some of the meals we ordered.
But otherwise the service and ambiance is amazing.
