Personally, I found the food disappointing. The Hokkaido scallops were not fresh—they tasted bitter—and they were served warm (room temperature) even though the dish was crudo. In addition, several dishes were overly salty, particularly the risotto and pasta.
The main course was acceptable; the beef was tender, but the sauce was again too salty.
