The Salon Fine Dining presents the "Jade Menu," an exquisite multi-course dining experience priced at RM 811 nett per pax. The journey begins with J & Kel's signature breads and a trilogy of amuse-bouche, followed by a 24-karat terrine cold appetiser and a refreshing Ajo Blanco soup course. Guests will then enjoy an "Alchemy" warm appetiser of spinach and saffron ravioli, leading into the main course of celeriac and green pea millefeuille, and concluding with a vibrant Virgin Piña Colada dessert alongside sweetmeats.
