Experience
The satays were below average this time, some of the satays were poorly prepared, two or three sticks of satays stuck together. Most of them were not properly grilled too. I saw the chef dipping the satays into the boiling cooking oil for a couple of minutes before grilling them. Satays should be grilled throughout and not fried in cooking oil first. The prawns were fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. A wide spread of desserts and sweets, but some of them were overly sweet especially the chocolates. Fruits especially the grapes were fresh. The curry puffs were not crispy and the fillings did not taste fresh.
