Overall, an unpleasant dining experience:
1. There were black particles scattered on the tea cup, plate and napkin. None of the staff bothered to change them. They only changed when I requested.
2. After ordering the tea, the staff just left the tea pot at the drink bar table. It was only served after 25 minutes later.
2. When the waiter poured the tea into my cup, some tea was spilt on the table. He didnt bother to wipe. The 2nd time when he poured, spilled again, and he also didnt bother to wipe.
3. Almost dim sum items were below average, except for a few items which were average.
4. I ordered 3 different times, they missed some of the items , averagely 30% each order.
5. All the staff were without smiles, I had to call them twice each time I placed my order. They gave me an impression that I was not welcomed and as if I had ordered too much.
6. Although not many diners, serving speed was slow, took averagely more than 35 minutes for dim sum to be served for each order. — Traducir esto
