What a wonderful 3-course lunch overlooking the urban park of One Bangkok. Though this was branded as 'standard', the overall presentation and menus themselves already felt premium to me. The bread at the beginning was served with ginger butter, which was a pleasant surprise. The avocado salad was fresh and had a great variety of vegetables and a generous serving of avocado. The highlight was definitely the sea bass, with its crispy skin and soft interior complementing the pumpkin sauce, mashed potatoes, quinoa salad, and edamame. Finally, the tiramisu is just as spectacular as the main due to its airiness and well-balanced control of bitter vs sweet. — Traducir esto
