quiet and nice environment, warm staff, food is good to great, a few dishes don't hit the spot. Disappointed that the kitchen brought out more than half the dishes at the same time - even though i have asked them to slow down. some dishes got cold rapidly - such a high level place shouldn't do such thing. I had the feeling that they wanted to rush us to finish quickly and leave the place. Also they refused to give me a pot of hot water to refill my tea pot - saying "no refill" - that's a crazy attitude. — Traduire
