Overall, we had a fantastic visit to Pla Mong at the Holiday Inn Hua Hin. Despite a few minor hiccups with the service, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening that we truly appreciated.
What we especially liked:
• Atmosphere & Staff: The team is incredibly friendly and attentive. You feel warmly welcomed from the very first moment, which is the most important thing to us.
• Quality: The food we eventually had was outstanding in terms of flavor.

Unfortunately, several fish dishes and desserts were already sold out that evening—likely due to the restaurant's high popularity. There was also a small mix-up with the main courses: one dish was delivered incorrectly, and by the time it was corrected, the other two meals had unfortunately cooled down a bit.
Conclusion:
