I have been a regular patron of all restaurants in this hotel, including this one, for over a decade. Tonight, while hosting a farewell for a friend moving to the overseas, the standards I once trusted completely collapsed. The food quality was poor—inedibly salty noodle soup and low-grade sashimi—but the service was appalling. Key Failures: • The Crispy Pork Fiasco: After making me wait for almost 30 minutes for a dish, staff returned not to apologize, but to practically order me to accept a substitute because the kitchen was "too busy." I cancelled the order, yet it was served nearly an hour later. This was arrogance, not service. • Hygiene Breach: A dish wrongly served to our table was simply picked up and carried to the correct table. For a 5-star hotel to bypass hygiene protocols like this is inexcusable. • Lack of Care: From visible staff exhaustion to failing to address guests by the correct names, the attention to detail was non-existent. I was not angry, I was simply disappointed. I paid my bill in full, including the wine and service charge. You used "being busy" as an excuse, but what I witnessed was a total lack of professionalism. You have lost a 10-year customer.
