The food was of middling quality, a little too greasy for my liking. The real downside was that the owner/manager (?) on site didn't really know what was on offer, so he kept asking us to pull up the menu on Hungry Hub on our phones, while telling us that the current deal on Hungry Hub was too cheap and that they were losing money. The guy charged us for a drink that was supposed to be part of the deal. We asked him to change the bill, which he did, while telling us how they were losing money again... You've spent all your marketing money advertising the business hoping to get repeat customers, so why don't you make us, the customers, feel comfortable and happy instead of moaning about a mistake you've made and make us feel uncomfortable.
