The dishes were prepared with skill, but the flavors failed to impress. (Just based on my own opinion) Each course was adequate but lacked the ‘wow’ factor that one expects from omakase. The sushi and other offerings were fresh, but the taste was just so-so, lacking the depth and complexity that make each bite memorable. The service was acceptable, but not particularly attentive. While the chef was professional, the interaction felt somewhat mechanical, devoid of the passion or storytelling that often accompanies an omakase meal.
