I seriously question whether the wagyu served here are authentic. The beef was consistently overcooked, dry, bland, and lacked even basic seasoning. For a restaurant that promotes its beef selection, the quality was extremely disappointing.
What made the experience worse was that a significant number of menu items were out of stock and unavailable to order. When you're paying for a buffet, you expect access to the full range of dishes, not a limited selection because key items have run out.
The only positive aspect of the visit was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and did their best.
