The food quality is superb. Highlights include the melt-in-your-mouth Jamon Iberico and the flawlessly executed Squid Ink Pasta with King Prawns. The tapas style is authentic and the flavors are bold.
The only small suggestion for improvement is for the Esparragos (asparagus dish). While fresh and well-presented, the dressing was slightly too bitter, possibly from an overly concentrated lemon or lime flavor.
