A couple of days ago, I booked through Hungry Hub. When I arrived at the restaurant and informed the staff about my booking, they seemed unaware of any Hungry Hub reservation or set-menu promotion. Instead, they presented the regular menu and allowed us to order a la carte as if we were walk-in customers.
I ended up paying more than 1,000 baht extra compared to the set menu price I had booked and intended to pay. This was a disappointing experience and the coordination between the restaurant and Hungry Hub clearly needs improvement. — 翻訳する
