Positive:
1) The food quality and taste are very good. You can have an authentic taste of Italian pizza there, especially the smoked salmon pizza with an excellent aroma of olive.
2) Clean and high hygienic concern of the dining environment and also utensils.
Room for improvement:
1) I am not sure if we are a new diner who used the hungryhub app to book and dine in this restaurant, as the staff seemed not very familiar with the app booking and payment. We had paid via credit card when doing the booking, but the staff sent the bill and requested payment after our meal. However, we were eventually charged an extra fee for the food at the final bill, as the staff informed the food we took was not included in the package. We were not properly informed by the staff before/when the time we put on the order.
2) Perhaps can hire one or two more staff esply during lunch busy hours. — Перевести это
