It was a great dining experience overall. The service was exceptional. The staff were attentive and kept bringing out dishes whenever I ordered more, to the point where I almost felt guilty for asking for additional plates! The food was excellent, especially the Duck Confit and the 12-Hour Braised Pork Belly, both of which were standout dishes. Another thing I appreciated was that the portion sizes were intentionally kept moderate, making it easy to try a wider variety of items without feeling overly full too quickly. The desserts were good, although they were a little sweeter than my personal preference. The only minor drawback was the noise level. The restaurant was quite lively, and the table next to me was a large group, so it became a bit noisy at times. That said, it did not significantly detract from the overall experience. To finish the evening, I ordered one more cocktail, which was the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, Hyde & Seek One Bangkok offers delicious food, excellent service, and a dining concept that encourages sharing and exploring multiple dishes.
