

The Salon Fine Dining presents the "Ruby Menu," an ultra-premium multi-course dining experience priced at RM 1,391 nett per pax. The gastronomic journey opens with J & Kel's signature breads and a trilogy of amuse-bouche, followed by a rich butternut squash velouté and a vibrant beet-cured salmon fish course. The highlight of the meal features a luxurious Japanese Wagyu fillet of beef main course, perfectly rounded off with a reimagined Eton Mess dessert and delightful sweetmeats.
