Foods are amazing, portions are generous. We love the cozy vibe as well. All were excellent except the service of the cashier last night when I was asking him if they give complimentary cake or card for the birthday celebrator. He said no. (and that's okay) but he added, "You already using voucher, if you not it would be more expensive. " Yes, he's stating a fact, but it's quite degrading. If not for my hubby's birthday, I would immediately walk out. I never experienced such treatment in Conrad properties before. I do hope they will learn how to treat their clients equally and with dignity.., with vouchers or not. â āļāļđāļāļģāđāļāļĨ
