On 4th July 2026, I made reservation in Hungry Hub to celebrate my friend's birthday at 7pm in Lot.TwentyTwo. I put remark stating that the arriving time is 7pm while making reservation in Hungry Hub app and also called Sweetie, manager of Lot.TwentyTwo that Hungry Hub app could not choose 7pm as reserved booking and she agreed.
When we arrived and sat down, the manager, Sweetie claimed that Lot.TwentyTwo did not advertise in Hungry Hub and do not know why "All You Can Eat" Package is there. Based on this excuse, Sweetie told me that I was not allowed to order many food menus which were stipulated in the Hungry Hub menus.
In order to delay my dining time which is 90 minutes, the manager, Sweetie informed me to deal and communicate with her assistant to make order. Moments after making some orders, Sweetie's assistant suddenly came to my table and in front of my friend that I could not order anymore as times is up to embarrassed me in front of my friend. I tried to communicate with her but she uttered abusive words and wanted to pick a fight. This truly reflected the barbaric personalities, hospitalities and attitudes. So, I approached Sweetie that I did not want to communicate with her assistant anymore.
The first order, two pan seared salmons took more than 30 minutes before they were served to us. Meanwhile, other orders also delayed and it looks like we are at their mercy. We were extreme upset and frustrated with all the dramas, barbaric attitudes, manipulative services, unfounded claims & etc.
Indeed, we felt so cheated and manipulated & considered this as one of the worst ever dining experiences in Kuala Lumpur. It's truly traumatic encounters and experiences, in consideration of this, I would not recommend anyone to dine in this restaurant. — ดูคำแปล
