Experience at CGL's really beyond our expectations.Every porter is very polite helpful and professional. The check in and check out, both are quick and get enough information / correct receipt we need.All front office staffs are presentable, smiley, kind and professional.We enjoy very much the tasty mocktail welcome drinks.The room we've got is on high floor and the bed is beautifully decorated. The technic the housekeeping used transforming the small towels folded into 2 small rabbits is really clever and especially cute. The heart formed by red rose petals is truly touching. Plus we got nice tasty cake for our anniversary too.The Blue Sky restaurant offered us full of intention service. All staffs at the restaurant are very kind and polite especially the manager khun Pol and Khun Mam one the guest service agents. They are outstanding.
