I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent booking experience. Last night, I made a reservation through Hungry Hub, where the set I booked was advertised as having a significant discount — from approximately 5,200++ THB to 3,500++ THB. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, I found that the actual menu prices at the venue were much lower than what was stated online. It’s like why I bother book with you coz everything turn out to be same price if I pay at the Restaurent.
This made me feel misled and very disappointed, as the deal I believed I was receiving turned out to be inaccurate. I booked through Hungry Hub trusting that the information provided would be correct, and this experience has left me feeling very dissatisfied.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide an explanation. I believe it is important for future customers to be able to trust that the information displayed is accurate and transparent.
