A seasonal tiered afternoon tea from our much-loved strawberry dessert series, The Strawberry Edit places strawberry at the heart of the experience. The menu highlights the fruit’s natural sweetness and fragrance through light textures and balanced pairings. The tiered presentation begins with savoury bites finished à la minute, followed by strawberry-led desserts such as pistachio with Korean strawberries, Hokkaido strawberry cheesecake layered with sakura jelly, hojicha sponge with strawberry compote, and a refreshing strawberry–mint dessert. A table side strawberry trifle and freshly baked plain and strawberry scones, served with wild strawberry jam and clotted cream, complete the experience, alongside free-flow TWG tea and Bacha coffee.
