I seriously question whether the wagyu served here are authentic. The beef was consistently overcooked, dry, bland, and lacked even basic seasoning. For a restaurant that promotes its beef selection, the quality was extremely disappointing.
What made the experience worse was that a significant number of menu items were out of stock and unavailable to order. When you're paying for a buffet, you expect access to the full range of dishes, not a limited selection because key items have run out.
The only positive aspect of the visit was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and did their best.
Unfortunately, good service alone cannot make up for poor food quality. This was my first visit, and it will also be my last. It's genuinely disappointing to see a beef handle this badly. — Dịch nội dung này
