We visited the buffet last night for our anniversary. The staff were generally kind, and we really appreciated the anniversary cake they prepared for us.
However, we had booked the outdoor package through Hungry Hub, which was more expensive and included a different menu, but we were seated indoors without being informed beforehand. Nobody explained that we could still order from the special menu, and we had to point it out ourselves before a supervisor was called.
Unfortunately, the supervisor was quite unfriendly and rushed us while ordering. On top of that, the buffet started closing shortly after we sat down, with many dishes already removed, so we had to eat very quickly and leave in less than 40 minutes.
Better communication would have made the experience much more enjoyable, especially by informing us earlier about the timing or suggesting an earlier reservation. — Dịch nội dung này
