I recently dined at Yamazato Restaurant on the 24th floor of The Okura Prestige Hotel in Bangkok for Christmas dinner. From the warm welcome to the delightful chocolate ice cream finale, the experience was extraordinary. The marbled wagyu steak, imported from Japan, was a standout, melting in my mouth, while the seafood dishes and sashimi were equally impressive.
