The menu highlights the fruit’s natural sweetness and fragrance through light textures and balanced pairings. The tiered presentation begins with savoury bites finished à la minute, followed by strawberry-led desserts such as pistachio with Korean strawberries, Hokkaido strawberry cheesecake layered with sakura jelly, hojicha sponge with strawberry compote, and a refreshing strawberry–mint dessert. A table side strawberry trifle and freshly baked plain and strawberry scones, served with wild strawberry jam and clotted cream, complete the experience, alongside free-flow TWG tea and Bacha coffee.
