Easy to book via hungry go app. Was led to table immediately from the entrance. Food at Nozomi was good quality and well presented. The Ala carte pricing is on the high side so the buffet price was worth it. Except for sushi, the rest of the dishes came fast after a reasonable wait. Taste wise, the Hokkaido katsu was good.
