Booked for weekend Sat dinner buffet for 5 pax to celebrate my girl's birthday. She loves fresh oysters and I called to check if fresh oysyers will be served as the menu reflected baked oysters. I was assured by the staff that baked oysters is for lunch buffet and fresh oysters will be served for dinner. Was disappointed to see baked oysters instead of fresh oysters. I also indicated through hungry hub app and to the hotel that I was celebrating a birthday but we were not given a slice of cake with candle when about 5 to 6 other tables were presented with the cake. Not a big deal but would have been a nice gesture. Service was excellent and food quality was good although spread was not extensive. Clearance of plates was speedy. This is our 2nd visit to Oscars.
