Guests can enjoy rich favourites such as Braised Hong Kong E-Fu Noodles with Crab Meat and greens, Slow-Braised Village Chicken with bitter gourd in fragrant black bean sauce, and classic wok-fried rice noodles with sliced beef or seafood in crab roe gravy. The buffet continues with luxurious scallop creations, including oven-baked Hokkaido scallops filled with prawn paste in coconut butter sauce and steamed Scottish king scallops with sweet basil and golden garlic. Completing the experience are savoury dishes like braised crab meat broth, premium seafood bean curd with abalone sauce, and golden fried seafood bean curd with crab meat sauce, finishing sweetly with Jade Pavilion’s signature Musang King durian mochi.
