Excellent experience. Service staff were friendly and first surprise all set-up waiting for chefs to start the omakase experience. Each dish was detailed explain by chef. 2 chefs behind the counter demonstrated great team work. Whenever one is explaining to guests, the other is hard at work. And I notice the rice were constantly top up in a cloth bundle from kitchen to ensure moisture. Very well thought detail. Taste were superb for each dish!
