Service staff and recovery were excellent! During reservation, I asked them for a cosy corner with a good view for a birthday celebration, however I was initially given a table that was not so ideal when I arrived. I then checked in with them via WhatsApp and they replied really promptly with clear explanation while expressing their utmost apologies which I was really appreciative of. While I had no further expectations, they went on to surprise us with a change of table shortly after my texts, and ended the night with a surprise birthday cake.
