🔔 Reservation Policy for Katsu Midori Sushi via Hungry Hub

Please read and follow these guidelines before making a reservation:

1.Advance Booking Reservations must be made at least 1 hour in advance through the Hungry Hub system. Please ensure you book before your intended dining time.

2.Check-In Requirement To check in, guests must present the official Booking Confirmation email from Hungry Hub. Screenshots are not accepted under any circumstances.

3.Late Arrival If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel your reservation. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early.

4.No On-Site Guest Additions The restaurant does not allow adding extra guests on-site. Please make sure to reserve the exact number of diners in advance.

5.Duplicate Bookings Not Allowed The system does not allow multiple bookings using the same phone number or email for the same time slot. Suspicious activity will result in automatic booking restrictions.

6.Upon arrival, please check-in with the staff and wait to be called for service in the order of your queue.

7.If customers arrive before the reserved time, the restaurant may not be able to seat them immediately, depending on the situation at that time.
